Step into Life Woonona is a group of dedicated – individuals just like you who are looking to shred kilos of fat, tone up and get fit. They prefer to train in a group for added motivation, accountability and fast results.
This community of people from single parents to busy Doctors and CEOS meet with a highly skilled Personal Trainer in a focused, fun, community environment at a given time several days a week to Improve their Fitness, lose fat and, Support One Another In living a healthy lifestyle.

How quickly can I expect to see results?
It depends on how much you want the results, how often you attend you’re scheduled sessions, how well you treat your body (rest, recovery and nutrition) when you are not training. All you need to do is�follow our lead and you WILL lose fat, tone your body and feel confident, in the minimum time.

How long are the sessions?
45 60 mins. Of results orientated, fat burning, muscle toning training.

How many times do we train a week?
Most of our members train 3 – 6 times per week. All sessions are booked beforehand just like a doctors appointment. This allows us to personalize all our sessions on attendance.
