In 2013 my husband committed suicide after battling depression and anxiety for most of his life. Having lived with his illness and then dealt with my own depression as a result of his death I chose to use my extensive background as a corporate executive, coupled with study of psychology, to help people deal with the challenges in their life. My goal is to help individuals be their very best. Using the research from the field of positive psychology I work 1:1 or with groups to help people analyse and realign aspects of their life they aren’t content with so they are using their strengths to their advantage. I believe that everyone not only has the right, but also the ability to feel good about themselves and their life. Sometimes you just need the right tools and a helping hand.
